Once your App Setup Policies have propagated and users have been synced, you can now remove access to Arist (Legacy) through the Teams Admin Center. Under Manage Apps, find the Arist (Legacy) app.
Switch "Available to" from "Everyone" to "No one".
You have now successfully migrated to the current version of Arist for Teams.
Will Arist (Legacy) completely disappear for users?
If your users have Arist (Legacy) chat history in the official Teams Chat tab, these will not be automatically deleted. Clicking on the old chat history links will open the Arist (Legacy) app, which will not be available to the users.
However, the same messaging history is also available in the current Arist app, so users will be able to still view the old messages in the current app. If users end up in the Legacy app, they will see this message prompting them to use the updated one:
