Learners

The Learners tab allows you to view and edit your Individual Learners and Cohorts.

All Learners Table:

The Learners Page provides a high-level overview of your Learners. Here, you can view the Name, Cohort, and Platform for each individual Learner.

Platform indicates the medium(s) by which you can deliver course content to each Learner. Clicking on the three dots to the right of any Learner's name will give you the option to see filtered Analytics for that learner, edit the learners profile, or delete the learner from your organization.

Individual Learner Page:

Overview: When you click on a learner's name from the "Learners" page, you can view information such as Learner Name, Email, the Platforms where you can send them course content, and other metadata. If you click Edit, you can make changes to Delivery Addresses, metadata, and other information.

Enrollments: This section displays current enrollments, completed enrollments, and cancelled enrollments. You can manage enrollments by clicking the three dots on the right side.

Enroll Learner: Clicking the "Enroll" button allows you to enroll the learner in a course/distribution. If they have multiple delivery addresses, you can select the correct one.
